Pre-illness distribution of ORS for treating diarrhea

We’re evaluating a program distributing free Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) to treat diarrhea as an add-on to distributing seasonal antimalarials in Chad. We’re looking for a highly organized undergraduate to assist with document and data tracking, data cleaning, and project documentation.
Role: You’ll work on:
1. Organizing and giving feedback on documents such as surveys, interview schedules and transcripts, meeting notes, etc.
2. Supporting the final policy brief and slide deck
3. Either
A. Cleaning survey and distribution data & drafting summary tables and memos OR
B. Analyzing qualitative notes & transcripts (some in French) & drafting summary memos
Qualifications: 1. Great organizational skills
2. Interest in public health, development, or program evaluation.
3. One or both of:
A. Statistical programming skills in Python (e.g. pandas), R or Stata sufficient to read in a spreadsheet, rename variables, look for outliers, and run a regression.
B. Good French or Chadian/Sahelian Arabic reading and translation skills
Hours: 6-8 hrs
