The Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality Anti-Discrimination Law brings together academics, advocates and activists from six continents to address issues of systemic inequality and discrimination. Much of our research, administration and leadership is done by Berkeley students, including URAP students. Our current projects include working groups on Sexual Harassment/Violence, Disability Rights, Pay Equity, Global Systemic Racism, LGBTQI+ Rights, Digital Equality, and Equity and Criminal Justice. Most of our work is done remotely.
Role: Students help plan conferences and workshops, conduct research, and help lead/administer the Center.
Qualifications: We are unfortunately not accepting new students into the project at this time. Please check back in future semesters for new opportunities.
Day-to-day supervisor for this project: Julianna Bass, Staff Researcher
Hours: to be negotiated
Off-Campus Research Site: Most of our work is done remotely.
