Applications for Spring 2025 are closed for this project.
This project focuses on designing and launching behavioral experiments to understand decision-making and social behavior in various contexts, including social media, taxes, and online dating. By setting up controlled field and lab studies, the research team aims to capture real-world behavioral data that can provide insights into how people interact in digital environments, respond to financial incentives, and make social choices.
The research assistant will work on the ground floor of each study, involved in creating and implementing experimental designs across multiple platforms. Studies will be conducted on campus, as well as through online survey sites like Prolific and YouGov and social media platforms such as Facebook. This work will help build a robust foundation for understanding behavioral trends and preferences in dynamic, applied settings.
